Recommended Action

 

Approve the Partial Assignment (Related to Fire Station No. 1) of West Villages Developer Agreement (Post Annexation).

 

Background Information

 

In March of 2020 the West Villages Developer Agreement (Post Annexation) was signed. The attached partial assignment agreement modifies the post annexation agreement as specified and provides for the Developer to assume some of the rights, duties, liabilities, and obligations as specified.  This partial assignment provides flexibility to the District and the Developer that will provide shared savings for the West Villages Fire Station project.

 

The City Attorney has approved to form and content.

There is no negative financial impact.
