At the request of Board Member Robin San Vicente, this item is presented for discussion of the potential environmental effects of data centers and their relevance to local planning and natural resource protection. The Board may discuss environmental considerations associated with future data center development, including energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainability measures, and other environmental issues under the purview of the EAB.
