Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Bella North as a Regular Member of the Environmental Advisory Board, to serve a term from June 23, 2024, to June 23, 2027.
Background Information
Currently, there are two vacancies for Regular Members, two vacancies for Alternate Members, and one vacancy for a Student Member of the Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Bella North. Ms. North has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. Her application has been submitted for review and consideration.
