Recommended Action
Adopt Resolution No. 2023-R-24 as presented.
Background Information
At its Regular Meeting on February 28, 2023, North Port City Commission directed the City Attorney and City Manager to prepare a Resolution similar to the Resolution adopted by Charlotte County regarding Mosaic mining operations in DeSoto County. This Resolution is being brought to Commission for adoption per that direction.
Resolution 2023-R-24 has been prepared by the City Attorney’s office.
