Option 1: Approve the appointment of Kathleen Geier as Citizen Representative of North Port to serve a First term on the Joint Management Advisory Board from October 6, 2026, through October 6, 2029.

Background Information

 

Currently, there are two vacancies on the Joint Management Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Kathleen Geier for appointment to the Board on August 20, 2026. Kathleen Geier has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not currently serve on any Advisory Board. The application for Kathleen Geier has been submitted for review.

 

There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
