Approve the Appointment of Joan Morgan as an Alternate Member of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board to serve a term from June 13, 2023, to June 13, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there is one vacancy for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Joan Morgan and there have been no other applications submitted. Ms. Morgan has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. Her application has been submitted for review and consideration.
