Option 1: Approve the appointment of Deborah Pride as a Regular Member to serve a first term on the Environmental Advisory Board from October 6, 2026, through October 6, 2029.

Background Information
Currently, there are four vacancies on the Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Deborah Pride for appointment to the Board on September 17, 2026. Deborah Pride has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not currently serve on any Advisory Board. The application and resume for Deborah Pride have been submitted for review.
There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
