TITLE:                     Appoint Arthur Landry II as the Mobile Home Community Representative on the Public Utility Advisory Board to Serve a Second Two-Year Term from November 24, 2020 to November 24, 2022 and Appoint William Bowteck as a Regular Member to Serve a Two-Year Term from November 24, 2020 to November 24, 2022.

 

 

Recommended Action

 

Appoint Arthur Landry II as the Mobile Home Community Representative on the Public Utility Advisory Board to serve a second two-year term from November 24, 2020 to November 24, 2022 and appoint William Bowteck as a Regular Member to serve a two-year term from November 24, 2020 to November 24, 2022.

 

Background Information

 

Mr. Landry serves as the Mobile Home Community Representative on the Public Utility Advisory Board and has served on no other boards or committees in the past.  His term expires November 27, 2020.  The upcoming expiration and vacancies have been announced as required and the City Clerk’s office has received one application from Mr. Landry for the Mobile Community Home Representative and one application from Mr. Bowteck for the Regular Member position.  While serving on the Board, Mr. Landry’s attendance has been excellent.  Mr. Bowteck previously served on the Board for six years with his second term expiring on November 13, 2019.  While serving on the Board, his attendance and volunteer efforts were excellent.  Mr. Landry’s and Mr. Bowteck’s applications have been provided for review and consideration.
