Background Information
During the City Commission Regular Meeting held on September 23, 2025, the City Commission approved the Employment Agreement ("the Agreement") for Michael Fuino to serve as City Attorney.
The City Commission must conduct an initial performance evaluation of the City Attorney at or around six (6) months from October 15, 2025, the effective date of the Agreement, pursuant to Article II, Section I (1).
The City Attorney has provided a self-evaluation for the Commission which is included along with the Commissioners' evaluations for consideration.
