Recommended Action
Approve Polling Place Agreements between the City of North Port and the Supervisor of Elections of Sarasota County for the March 19, 2024, Presidential Primary Election, August 20, 2024, Primary Election, and November 5, 2024, General Election.
Background Information
Attached for consideration by the City Commission are Agreements between the City of North Port and the Supervisor of Elections of Sarasota County for the use of the Morgan Family Community Center/Multi-Purpose Room located at 6207 West Price Boulevard North Port, Florida 34291 and the George Mullen Activity Center/Gym located at 1602 Kramer Way North Port, Florida 34286 for 2024 Election Polling Places.
The City Attorney has reviewed the Polling Place Agreements between the City of North Port and the Supervisor of Elections of Sarasota County for the March 19, 2024, Presidential Primary Election, August 20, 2024, Primary Election, and November 5, 2024, General Election and they are legally correct as to form.
