Option 1: Approve Work Assignment No. 2023-40.003 IT2-2026 - Inflow & Infiltration Rehabilitation - CIPP - Freemont Street and LS-21 with Insituform Technologies, LLC for cured in place pile lining of areas identified of high inflow & infiltration around Freemont Street and Lift Station 21 in the Amount of $896,857.35.

Option 2: Deny Work Assignment No. 2023-40.003 IT2-2026 - Inflow & Infiltration Rehabilitation - CIPP - Freemont Street and LS-21 with Insituform Technologies, LLC for cured in place pile lining of areas identified of high inflow & infiltration around Freemont Street and Lift Station 21 in the Amount of $896,857.35.
* Pros: Preserves utility funds for allocation to other utility projects.
* Cons: Denial of the Work Assignment would result in increased risk of gravity main failure and would limit the City's ability to address Inflow and Infiltration in this area.
