TITLE: Presentation by Barbara Lockhart Regarding Sandhill Crane Area Mapping

Background Information
On February 7, 2019, Barbara Lockhart gave a presentation to Commission regarding a request for Sandhill Crane Area signs along Panacea Boulevard. At that meeting, Commission asked Ms. Lockhart to map, with public input, other areas that might have Sandhill Crane activity. Ms. Lockhart will be presenting information to Commission on the result of her mapping effort and to provide information on the addition of one other sign along Panacea Blvd.
Vice Mayor Luke has requested that this item be brought before the Commission.
