Recommended Action
Approve disposition of Surplus Assets in an Appropriate Fashion Pursuant to Chapter 2 Administration, Article VIII Procurement, Section 2-419, Disposition of City Assets and Property (d), (1) of the Code of the City of North Port, Florida.
Background Information
The Fleet Manager and Fleet Asset Technician have evaluated the City’s equipment and vehicle fleet and prepared the Asset Disposition and Recommended Method dated December 2020. The Fire Rescue District and Police Department have reviewed the list of vehicles recommended for disposal and determined they do not need the vehicles for training purposes.
