and Committee Assignments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
Recommended Action
Discussion and possible action regarding the City Commission Board and Committee assignments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
City Commission Options
Option 1: Maintain the current City Commission Board and Committee assignments for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
• Pro: Continuity allows Commissioners to continue their work without disruption and leverages existing expertise.
• Con: It may limit opportunities for Commissioners to gain experience serving on different Boards or Committees.
Option 2: Reassign City Commission Board and Committee positions for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
• Pro: Provides Commissioners the opportunity to gain new experience and fresh perspectives serving on different Boards and Committees.
• Con: Could temporarily disrupt Board and Committee operations as Commissioners adjust to new roles.
