Recommended Action

 

Approve NeoGov Services Agreement V020121, a Technology Services Agreement Between NeoGov and the City of North Port, Florida for the addition of single sign on services for the City of North Port web application in an amount not to exceed $2,450.00.

 

Background Information

 

NeoGov was implemented in Fiscal Year 2013 as the City’s new hire application tracking system and pre-testing software.  Since then, the City has expanded the system to add on-boarding and performance software.  This piece of NeoGov provides the flexibility to use current network credentials, increases security, and speed of access to the application.

 

The NeoGov Services Agreement V020121, a Technology Services Agreement Between NeoGov and the City of North Port, Florida has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.

Financial Impact

 

Funding allocated in the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, account number 001-0710-516-54-00 will be utilized by the Information and Technology Division to pay a one-time setup fee of $1,000.00 and a recurring subscription cost of $1,450.00.

 

Procurement

 

Procurement is being made in accordance with Sec 2-407, Sole Source Guidelines of the City Procurement Code.
