Continue Ordinance No. 2020-06 to Second Reading on January 28, 2020.

 

Background Information

 

Section 2-362 of the Code provides policies and procedures for public records requests made to the City.

 

During the October 7, 2019 Workshop, there was consensus for staff to provide a Resolution adopting the Policy and Procedure for Public Records Requests. In order to adopt the policy by Resolution, an Ordinance Repealing Section 2-362 is necessary. Resolution 2020-R-01 adopting the policy will be on the January 28, 2020 Regular Meeting agenda.
