Recommended Action
Approve the re-appointment of Donald Bailey as a Regular Member of the Veterans Park Advisory Committee, to serve a term from July 23, 2024, to July 23, 2027.
Background Information
Currently, there are three vacancies for Regular Members and two vacancies for Alternate Members for the Veterans Park Advisory Committee. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Donald Bailey. Mr. Bailey has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is applicable and has zero conflicts. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
