Appoint Valerie LaBoy and Alice White as Members to the Citizens Tax Oversight Committee.
Background Information
There are currently five (5) vacancies on the Citizens Tax Oversight Committee. The vacancies have been announced at Commission Meetings from April 14, 2014 through May 23, 2017. The City Clerk’s Office has received two (2) applications and has verified that both applicants are registered voters as required by Resolution No. 97-R-14. Ms. LaBoy has been a resident of the City of North Port for 3 years and does not currently serve on any other board or committee. Ms. White has been a resident of the City of North Port for 27 years and is not currently serving on any other board or committee. The applications for Ms. LaBoy and Ms. White have been attached for your review and consideration.
