Background Information

The City of North Port owns a parcel of land bearing Parcel Identification Number 0996-00-1004. This land is where the Utilities Administration and Warehouse Facility will be constructed. The parcel of land is adjoined by two other parcels, both owned by different entities. The Waters at North Port, LLC, (Waters) owns the parcel of land bearing Identification Number 0996-00-2000 and 5400 Group, LLC, (5400 Group) owns the parcel of land bearing Identification Number 0996-00-1000.

The City of North Port and Waters desire to exchange certain easements for access, drainage, utilities, construction, grading, and maintenance. The specific easements are outlined in the easement agreement and associated exhibits.
