Recommended Action
Approve Resolution No. 2022-R-13, approving a Temporary Construction Easement to Manasota Beach Ranchlands on parcel ID #0785002110.
Background Information
On February 15, 2022, Commission approved Resolution No. 2022-R-10, which requires Manasota Beach Ranchlands, LLLP to construct a driveway across two parcels, including City-owned parcel ID # 0785002110. This temporary construction easement allows Manasota Beach Ranchlands, LLLP temporary ingress and egress access for the construction activity required on the City-owned property pursuant to the Access Easement Agreement previously approved by Commission.
Resolution No. 2022-R-13 and the Temporary Construction Easement to Manasota Beach Ranchlands on Parcel ID #0785002110 have been reviewed by the City Attorney and are legally correct as to form.
