Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Nathan Borntreger as a Member of the Municipal Police Officers Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees, to serve a term from December 10, 2024, to December 10, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there is one vacancy for Regular Members for the Municipal Police Officers Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Nathan Borntreger. Mr. Borntreger has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
