78-95 NPCC - Prohibition of illicit discharges
(Oil was observed to be dumped on ground at this location. This inspector made observations of a dark area which was what this inspector knows to be oil being dumped on the ground. Also observed next to the oil area was an oil pan sitting on two tires. Photos obtained. Also, an anonymous witness in the neighboring area advised he/she had seen the oil being dumped.)
