TITLE: Approval of Pamela A. Rodriguez as a Regular Member of the Environmental Advisory Board to Serve a Two-year Term From September 13, 2022, to September 13, 2024, and Lola M. Robinson as a Student Member of the Environmental Advisory Board to Serve a One-Year Term From September 13, 2022, to September 13, 2023.
Recommended Action
Approve Pamela A. Rodriguez as a Regular Member of the Environmental Advisory Board to serve a two-year term from September 13, 2022, to September 13, 2024, and Lola M. Robinson as a Student Member of the Environmental Advisory Board to serve a one-year term from September 13, 2022, to September 13, 2023.
Background Information
Currently, there are two vacancies for Regular Members and two vacancies for Student Members on the Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received two applications from Pamela A. Rodriguez and Lola M. Robinson. There have been no other applications submitted. Ms. Rodriguez has been a North Port resident for more than 12 months and does not presently serve on any other Board or Committee. Ms. Robinson has been a North Port resident for more than 12 months and does not presently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding voting conflict disclosures is not applicable in either of these situations. Their applications have been provided for review and consideration.
