Recommended Action

 

City Commission approve PLF-22-022, Main Street Ranchlands Plat No. 3.

 

General Information

 

Sparrow Partners, on behalf of Main Street Ranchlands LLLP, requests review and approval of a final plat for one future development tract, drainage and drainage maintenance access easement, public utility easement, and a landscape and irrigation easement. The total site contains approximately ± -9.15 acres.

 

The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the plat.

 

A surety bond in the amount of $326,598.80 is required for infrastructure improvements including sanitary sewer and potable water at the time of Major Site and Development (MAS).

 

The plat has been reviewed and approved by the City Surveyor.

 

The petition was heard by the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board at their regularly scheduled meeting on April 21, 2022. The Planning and Zoning Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of PLF-22-022, Main Street Ranchlands Plat No. 3.
