Discussion and possible direction regarding on Tobacco and Vaping Ordinance
Background Information
Commission gave the City Attorney direction to start working on an ordinance related to tobacco and vaping. Subsequently, the Federal government passed a new law increasing the age for purchase of tobacco. Does the Commission want to continue with another ordinance. The Mayor and the Vice Mayor requested this be discussed.
