Due to a public email request and Motion by the Board on the April 9th meeting, Staff Liaison created a Memorandum on behalf of the Historic and Cultural Advisory Board. This Memo to the City Commission is asking Commission to designate the Turpentine Dock, Biscayne Plaza, and Charlotte Harbor Railway as Historical Sites, as well as ask staff to process the sites for placement on the National Registry of Historical Sites.
