Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Matthew Koratich as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to Serve a Term from September 12, 2023, to September 12, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there are five vacancies on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Matthew Koratich and there have been no other applications submitted. Mr. Koratich has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
