TITLE: Approve the Appointment of Michel Simon as a Regular Member to Serve on the Community Economic Development Advisory Board from April 8, 2025, Through April 9, 2028.

Background Information
Currently, there are vacancies for one Regular Member on the Community Economic Development Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Michel Simon for appointment to the board. Michel Simon has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and does not serve on any other Board or Committee. The application for Michel Simon has been submitted for review and consideration.
There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
