Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Commission approve PLF-23-012 Brightmore at Wellen Park, Phases 1A-1C, 2A, and 3, Replat of Tract 614 and Tract 910.
General Information
John Luczynski, on behalf of Manasota Beach Ranchlands, LLLP and West Villages Improvement District, requests review and approval of the plat to allow the existing stormwater pond to be enlarged within the already platted Brightmore development (Village G).
The West Villages Improvement District (WVID) has reviewed and approved the plat.
The plat has been reviewed and approved by the contracted City Surveyor.
On April 20, 2023, the petition went before the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, which proposed approval 6-0 (Board Member Ludos absent).
