Background Information
On November 25, 2019, the October 7, 2019 Commission Workshop minutes were approved on Consent Item No. 19-1413. The minutes that were attached to the agenda item did not reflect a Consensus requested to allow for public comment to be heard on Item No. 19-0933. Attached to this file are the most up to date minutes reflecting this consensus for approval.
