Background Information
On July 12, 2022, Commission approved Construction Contract No. 2022-26 - Water Pipeline Bridge Replacements for the replacement of the water pipelines affixed to bridge crossings along Haberland Blvd. Woodhaven Rd. and N. Toledo Blade Blvd. On September 19, 2022, Spectrum Underground, Inc, at the request of the City, submitted a change order request for additional work for the replacement of the water pipeline at the Ortiz Blvd. bridge crossing, which was previously included with a Parks & Recreation Warm Mineral Springs project that that has been delayed. The cost of the additional work is $135,066.50, and the additional work will extend the contract time by ninety days.
The Amendment has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is approved as to form and correctness.
