Background Information
The City purchased the Government Experience Cloud from Granicus, LLC on November 8, 2022, to redesign and improve the City’s website. This order form is the annual renewal of the subscription for the website. Granicus has requested that the City of North Port sign the Granicus Government Experience Cloud Annual Subscription Terms and Conditions Renewal as their terms and conditions have been updated.
The Granicus Government Experience Cloud Annual Subscription Terms and Conditions Renewal has been reviewed by the City Attorney and is legally correct as to form.
