Option 1: Approve Contract No. 2026-12 for US-41 South Access Road Linear Parking with Spectrum Underground, Inc. in the amount of $613,071.73 and contingency in the amount of $91,960.76 for a total amount of $705,032.49.

Option 1: Approve Contract No. 2026-12 for US-41 South Access Road Linear Parking with Spectrum Underground, Inc. in the amount of $613,071.73 and contingency in the amount of $91,960.76 for a total amount of $705,032.49.

Background Information
