Recommended Action
Appoint Joan Morgan as a Regular Member to the Historic and Cultural Advisory Board to serve a two-year term from October 13, 2020 to October 13, 2022.
Background Information
Currently there are four Regular Member vacancies and two Alternate vacancies to the Historic and Cultural Advisory Board, which have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one (1) application from Joan Morgan. Ms. Morgan has just completed her first term on the Historic and Cultural Advisory Board, which expired on October 9, 2020 and her attendance at the meetings was excellent. Ms. Morgan has requested to be considered for a second term. The application for Ms. Morgan is attached for review and consideration.
