Recommended Action
Appoint Joseph Pumilia as a Regular Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, to serve a three-year term from December 14, 2021, to December 14, 2024.
Background Information
Fernando Ramirez, Board Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, second term will expire on November 27, 2021. As such, there will be three vacancies for Regular Members on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Joseph Pumilia for the Regular Member position and there have been no other applications submitted. Mr. Pumilia has been a resident of North Port for over 12 months and does not serve on any other Board or Committee. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
