Recommended Action

Option 1: Approve the renewal of employee health insurance and benefits program for the fiscal year 2026-2027 plan year, including medical stop loss, dental, vision, employee assistance program, short-term disability, life insurance, and administration costs for COBRA, flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts, with The Gehring Group, Inc., a Brown and Brown, Inc. company, serving as the City of North Port’s Benefits Broker, and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to implement the renewal.
