Background Information
Currently, there are three vacancies on Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk received one application from Omy Patel on April 8, 2026, for reappointment to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Omy Patel has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and currently serves on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board as a Student Member appointed by the Commission. The application and resume for Omy Patel is submitted for the City Commission’s review and consideration.
There are no conflicts pursuant to Florida Statutes 112.3143.
