Recommended Action
Approve the appointment of Marat Bagaev as a Regular Member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board, to serve a term from October 22, 2024, to October 21, 2028.
Background Information
Currently, the following vacancies exist on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board:
Ø Regular Members: One vacancy
Ø Alternate Members: Two vacancies
The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Marat Bagaev. Mr. Bagaev has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does not currently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
