Recommended Action
Approve Michael T. Patricosky and Linda Waugh as a Regular Members of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board to serve a four-year term from September 13, 2022, to September 13, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there are two vacancies for Regular Members and two vacancies for Alternate Members on the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received two applications from Michael T. Patricosky and Linda Waugh. There have been no other applications submitted. Both Mr. Patricosky and Ms. Waugh have been residents of North Port for over 12 months and do not presently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding prior voting conflict disclosures is not applicable in either situation. Their applications have been provided for review and consideration.
