TITLE: Discussion and possible action regarding the Letter of Engagement with Rob Robinson and Nelson Hesse Law Firm.
Recommended Action
Rescind this Letter of Engagement within the parameters set forth in Section 8 of the Letter of Engagement.
Background Information
On June 10, 2014 a Letter of Engagement was approved by all parties regarding legal services between Nelson Hesse (etal) and the City of North Port. At this time our City Attorney has been working for the City for almost two years, he has an Assistant City Attorney and staff.
