TITLE: Approve the Reappointment of Eva M. Rathgeber as a Regular Member to Serve a Second Term on the Art Advisory Board from February 28, 2026, Through February 28, 2029.

Background Information
Currently, there are seven vacancies on Art Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk received one application from Eva M. Rathgeber on December 17, 2025, for reappointment to the Board. Eva M. Rathgeber has been a resident of North Port for over 6 months and currently serves on the Art Advisory Board as a North Port Resident appointed by the Commission. The application for Eva M. Rathgeber has been submitted for review and consideration.
There are no conflicts to note under Florida Statutes 112.3143.
