Recommended Action
Approve the Reappointment of Terry Mccloud as a Regular Member of the Municipal Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees, to serve a term from October 22, 2024, to October 21, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there is one vacancy for Regular Members for the Municipal Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Board of Trustees. The vacancies have been announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Terry Mccloud. Mr. Mccloud has been a resident of North Port for over twelve months and does currently serve on this board. Florida Statutes 112.3143 regarding conflict disclosures is not applicable for this applicant. His application has been submitted for review and consideration.
