Recommended Action
Approve amendment of original ImageTrend, Inc. Contract No. 316892 to delete ImageTrend Vault Setup Fee and SaaS.
Background Information
Fire Rescue District and Emergency Medical Services moved to ImageTrend as a replacement to FireHouse during FY17-18 budget. ImageTrend has become Fire Rescue’s report management system for fire incident reporting and patient care reporting.
Part of the initial isetup included the opportunity for Fire Rescue to transfer Firehouse data to ImageTrend for the ability to search for prior EMS incidents. ImageTrend would setup something called a Vault. The Vault was never realized, even as Fire Rescue continued to work with ImageTrend via communications to provide all necessary information requested. Fire Rescue has since developed other means to retrieve this data, should it be necessary. As such, Fire Rescue is requesting that portion of the original contract be credited back. A credit will be issued to the account and applied to a future invoice.
The City Attorney has approved to form and content.

Financial Impact
A credit issued to account and applied to a future invoice of $3,348.81.

This software was originally procured pursuant to Sec. 2-407 of the City of North Port procurement code - Sole source guidelines.
