Recommended Action
Appoint Verna Blaine as a Regular Member to the Environmental Advisory Board to Serve a Two-year Term from July 2, 2020 to July 2, 2022.
Background Information
Currently there is one (1) Regular and two (2) Alternate Member vacancies on the Environmental Advisory Board. The vacancies have been announced as required and the City Clerk’s Office has received one (1) application from Verna Blaine. Ms. Blaine is applying for her second term on the board to serve from July 2, 2020 to July 2, 2022. While serving on the board, Ms. Blaine’s attendance has been excellent and there were no absences during the last 12 months that contributed to the board having no quorum to meet. Her application has been submitted for your review and consideration.
