Recommended Action
Approve Eva Rathgeber as a Regular Member of the Art Advisory Board to serve a three-year term from February 28, 2023, to February 28, 2026.
Background Information
Currently, there are two Regular Member vacancies, two Alternate vacancies and one Student vacancy on the Art Advisory Board. The vacancies were announced as required. The City Clerk has received one application from Eva Rathgeber and there have been no other applications submitted. Ms. Rathgeber has been a resident of North Port for over six months (per the new Advisory Board Ordinance 2023-07) and does not presently serve on any other Board or Committee. Florida Statutes 112.3143(6) regarding voting conflict disclosures is not applicable in this situation. Her application has been provided for review and consideration.
