Approve contract Amendment One to the Federally Funded Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program Subrecipient Agreement IR025 Between the City of North Port and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
Background Information
City of North Port staff received an amendment for grant contract IR025, Inflow and Infiltration Project. The amendment revises Section 15 related to citizen complaints and how United States Department of Housing and Urban Development complaints and Fair Housing complaints are to be handled.
The amendment has been reviewed for form and correctness by the City Attorney.
