Background Information
Lee Zell from the National League of Cities contacted the City Manager regarding a water and sewer service line warranty program endorsed by the National League of Cities to aid homeowners in covering service line repairs.
Mr. Zell is presenting information on the program to Commission and the public so the Commission has an opportunity to ask questions and provide direction to staff if the Commission wishes to pursue City participation in the program.
