Approve Resolution No. 2020-R-04 as presented.

Background Information

During the September 24, 2019, Commission provided direction for staff to provide a resolution adopting a policy regarding promotional advertising material. The attached Policy covers promotional items. Both Resolution and Policy have been reviewed by Legal.
