Recommended Action

Approval of the June 15, 2022 Commission Workshop Minutes with the recommended changes.

Background Information

The draft minutes were submitted to Commission review on June 27, 2022. Revision recommendations were submitted as follows:

Commissioner Luke provided suggested changes on June 27, 2022 within the Police section regarding continued Commission discussion regarding the consensus to remove Budget Proposal #2206 for an Accreditation Specialist and subsequent consensus to keep Budget Proposal #2206 within the budget. The recommendation was reviewed by the City Clerk and adjustments were made accordingly.

Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on June 27, 2022 within the Police section regarding the Bravo Commander organizational chart position responsibilities. The recommendation was reviewed by the City Clerk and it was determined the language was correct as written.

Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on June 27, 2022 within the Police section regarding continued Commission discussion regarding the consensus to remove Budget Proposal #2206 for an Accreditation Specialist, and subsequent consensus to keep Budget Proposal #2206 within the budget. The recommendations were reviewed by the City Clerk and adjustments were made accordingly.

Commissioner McDowell provided suggested changes on June 27, 2022 within the Utilities section regarding the requested consensus to remove Budget Proposal #2160 for the part-time Customer Service Representative position from the budget. The recommendation was reviewed by the City Clerk and adjustments were made accordingly.
