Recommended Action

Approval of the July 12, 2022 Commission Regular Meeting Minutes with the recommended changes.

Background Information

The draft minutes were submitted for Commission review on August 2, 2022. Commissioner McDowell provided recommended changes via e-mail on August 2, 2022 regarding including Mayor Emrich calling on Tammy Wichers as an aggrieved party. The recommendation was reviewed and approved by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.

Commissioner McDowell provided recommended changes via e-mail on August 2, 2022 regarding Craig Beal, Aggrieved Party, distributing information and maps of the NE Quadrant to the dais. The recommendation was reviewed by the City Clerk and it was determined the language was correct as written.

Commissioner McDowell provided recommended changes via e-mail on August 2, 2022 regarding the rebuttal statements made by City contained "being duly sworn", but not under the rebuttal statements made by the Aggrieved Parties. The recommendation was reviewed by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.

Commissioner McDowell provided recommended changes via e-mail on August 2, 2022 regarding a scrivener's error on page 5 pertaining to time format. The recommendation was reviewed and approved by the City Clerk and changes were made accordingly.
